A happy ending 😁
What started as a simple job turned into one of my favourite stories so far. A customer asked me to take him up to a manufacturer depot near Coventry to return his child’s large toy jeep because it had an electrical fault.
It sounded straightforward enough, but the day resulted in something quite surprising, and a show of excellent customer service from a fellow business owner. Instead of the typical leave it with us for a few months and we’ll see what we can do, it turned into a wonderful solution.
We might have had a word with the manager “consider the children”.
Instead of coming back empty-handed, we returned with not one but two brand-new quad bikes! The customer was over the moon, grinning from ear to ear, thanking us for our input.
A small trip, but a big win!
