The four guys who show up even when they don’t have to
Paul, Aniel, Erikas and Lee each run their own branches. Busy ones. They’ve got vans to fill, customers to look after, reviews to earn, and their own daily everything to get on with.
And yet, every week, they choose to give some of that time away.
Not because anyone required it. Not because there’s something in it for them. Because they looked at the people around them in this network and thought: how can I help?
What a support branch actually does
Every Monday, Paul, Aniel, Erikas and Lee get on a call with us. We go through where the network is that week, who might need a bit of extra support, and how best to help them. It’s structured, it’s purposeful, and it means nobody in the network ever has to wait long before someone who’s been there is already thinking about them.
They’re also the first people we go to when we’re testing something new. New systems, new processes, new ideas – they get it first, work through it, and help us shape it into something the whole network can use. Their experience across multiple branches makes their feedback worth its weight.
So Paul answers questions in the group chat at 7pm. Aniel picks up the phone with a franchisee who’s nervous before a big job and talks them through it. Erikas shares what’s worked across his branches and what hasn’t, honestly and without ego. Lee turns up in person when someone needs an extra pair of hands on the ground.
The structure exists because it works. The warmth is just who they are.
What “Stronger Together” actually looks like
One of our values is Stronger Together. We mean it: can-do attitude, kindness, community first. Paul, Aniel, Erikas and Lee are the reason that value has real weight behind it.
Running any business can feel lonely, especially in the early weeks. There’s a gap between reading the training and actually doing the job, and that gap is where doubt creeps in. These four guys know that gap. They’ve stood in it themselves. So when a newer franchisee hits a tricky moment, they don’t have to work it out alone.
That’s not a small thing. It’s actually quite a big thing.
Why it matters that they chose this
What stands out about Paul, Aniel, Erikas and Lee isn’t just that they help. Lots of people help when asked. What stands out is the choosing.
They could be heads-down in their own businesses, and nobody would say a word. They’re good at what they do. You don’t build multiple branches without being serious about the work. But they’ve chosen to look up, look sideways, and ask who’s doing alright and who might need a hand today.
They believe in the brand. They believe in the vision. And they believe in the people who’ve just joined and are still finding their feet. That belief is catching. It’s one of the main reasons this network feels the way it feels.
We are proud of them. Genuinely, properly proud.
If you’re thinking about joining
This is what you’d be joining.
Not just a franchise model, or a set of systems, or a brand with 20 awards and a 99% five-star rating (though all of that is real and we’ve earned it). You’d be joining a group of people who take the together part of Stronger Together seriously. People who show up for each other.
Paul, Aniel, Erikas and Lee didn’t get a memo telling them to be that. They just are.
If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to talk. Find out more about franchising with Your Man With A Van here.
Your Man With A Van is Britain’s Most Gentlemanly Man With A Van Service, with 65+ branches across the UK and a 99% five-star rating across the network.
