One move that stands out was a job relocating a number of junior trees and huge indoor plants, the kind, that made the back of the van feel like you were deep in the Amazon.

The catch: the only way to the garden was straight through the customer’s house. And of course, when say straight through, it was more of a squiggle through. Each turn required some serious concentration with branches rubbing against our faces to not scratch the walls or knock the clock off the mantle piece. It certainly took patience, good teamwork, and a few creative manoeuvres, but at the end, not a single leaf was out of place. The client was very pleased.

That day, our green thumbs got a proper workout!

One move that really stands out, started early but went well into the night because of huge delays in a long property chain. It wasn’t until the evening that our customer received their keys, and although it could have been a very stressful day indeed, we remained cool, calm, and collected throughout. We reassured them that we’d see it through, no matter how long it took.

When the doors finally opened, everything moved in smoothly, the relief was so clear. They left us a glowing 5-star review, praising our patience and professionalism — and to this day, they still like our posts!

Another time we were moving a lovely single mum of three young children under four, (hats off to her). Anyway she was relocating from Nuneaton to a new area and juggling so much on her own. Beyond loading and unloading, she needed help dismantling and rebuilding beds and wardrobes — which we gladly accommodated, no extra charge necessary.

We even plumbed in her washing machine so she could settle in right away. Seeing her relief and gratitude made every extra minute worthwhile.
